Pet Policy

At City View Apartments, we are pleased to welcome you and your furry, feathered, or scaled family members! To ensure the comfort and safety of all our residents, we have established the following guidelines for pet ownership:

1. Weight Limit: All pets, including dogs, cats, birds, and reptiles, must weigh 50 pounds or under.

2. Breed Restrictions: To maintain a safe environment, we do not permit aggressive breeds of animals. Please contact our leasing office for a detailed list of restricted breeds.

3. Deposits and Fees:

   • A one-time, non-refundable pet deposit of $350.00 is required. This deposit helps cover the cost of accommodating your pet in our community.
   • Additionally, there is a monthly pet rent of $35.00. This fee helps to cover the costs associated with the general maintenance and upkeep required due to pets.
